ATTRIBUTION
Referral Attribution
The current referral flow records tracked visits and keeps attribution active for 30 days. Registration during active attribution can create a pending referral conversion.

The commission type and value assigned to the affiliate account control actual commission. The standard account default can differ from an individual assigned rate.

Non-Qualifying Activity
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, artificial, unattributable or terms-violating activity may be treated as non-qualifying.
Recorded activity can still be reviewed for program eligibility and integrity.
Promotion Standards
Affiliate promotion should be accurate, transparent, lawful and respectful of the audience, platform rules and the SoniqBrand brand.

Prohibited Practices
Fraud, artificial traffic, forced attribution, deceptive spam, impersonation, false claims and unauthorized brand use are not permitted.
- Fraudulent clicks, registrations, transactions or manufactured conversions.
- Self-dealing designed primarily to manufacture affiliate commission.
- Bots, automated traffic manipulation or artificial engagement.
- Cookie stuffing, forced attribution or hidden referral placement.
- Deceptive spam, unsolicited abuse or misleading messages.
- Impersonating SoniqBrand, VERZEX, employees, agents or official support channels.
- False pricing, product, earnings, discount or approval claims.
- Unauthorized trademark, logo, domain or creative-asset use.
Brand & Intellectual Property
Participation does not transfer ownership of SoniqBrand or VERZEX trademarks, logos, software, product names, website materials or creative assets.
CLARITY

Affiliate participation does not by itself create employment, agency, franchise, joint venture or a legal partnership with SoniqBrand or VERZEX.
Payments & Taxes
Approved commission is reflected in the affiliate balance. Payout availability, method, timing, verification requirements and applicable thresholds are determined by program configuration or communicated where applicable.
These terms do not promise a fixed payout schedule, withdrawal threshold, payout method or processing time unless SoniqBrand separately publishes or communicates one.
Suspension & Termination
SoniqBrand may pause, reject or end affiliate participation for terms violations, fraud, abusive promotion, material misrepresentation, brand misuse, security concerns or other program-risk conduct.
Program Changes
SoniqBrand may update eligibility, referral rules, commission configuration, qualifying events, available benefits, program functionality or these Affiliate Terms.

Privacy & Data
Referral visits, attribution, referred-account relationships and conversion events are used to operate referral tracking and commission logic. Private client information must not be exposed or accessed outside authorized SoniqBrand interfaces.
General Terms
These Affiliate Terms work together with other applicable SoniqBrand terms, policies and account rules. Specific written affiliate arrangements may contain additional or different terms.
